Return Policy

All sales are FINAL, we do accept exchanges within 14 business days from customer receiving merchandise. If the item does not fit or is defective, we will exchange your order if the merchandise has not been worn or damaged. As a company if the exchanged merchandise does not meet our requirements we can refuse to accept the exchange. Customers will be responsible for returning the merchandise.

 

Once exchanged merchandise has been received you will be notified via email. Your new items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Please send all returns to The Celestial Hood P.O. Box # 480 N. Canton Center Rd #871455 Canton, Mi 48187. Be sure to include your reasoning for exchanging purchased merchandise.
